This is something I am really proud to share. My company Hinge Productions in collaboration with Toronto Guardian and the Kiwanis Boys and Girls Clubs of Toronto held a Photowalk to teach Youth about photography and life in general. Global News senior reporter Christina Stevens covered a beautiful story on it. Check it out here: http://globalnews.ca/news/2381830/photo-tour-reveals-toronto-through-the-eyes-of-disadvantaged-teens/
The recap video of the Photo Walk itself, shot and edited by the talented Katherine Kwan for Hinge Productions:
The Toronto Guardian also did an amazing job of covering this event by writing a fantastic article on it: http://torontoguardian.com/2015/11/youth-photo-walks-a-success-as-tg-photo-comp-continues/
Here are some of the pictures taken over the course of the whole project. From the filming of the Global news report, pictures of the Photo Walk by the professional photographer mentors as well as from the kids disposable cameras, and ending with images from the Gallery Show.
I want to thank everyone who was involved in this project. No one person could have achieved these amazing inspiring results, it was a group effort from start to finish and it was an absolute honour to be a part of it all.
We are all looking forward to the next walk! So who's interested?
